Repairs and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

We want you to love your new purchase! We accept returns within 14 days of the ship date on all regular collection items (excluding bridal and custom orders) for a store credit only.

To return an item, you must send an email to amy@amynordstrom.com with RETURN in the subject line. Please briefly explain the situation in the body of the email.

Items must be received back to us within the 14 day window, so please plan accordingly. Customer is responsible for safe return shipping.

Amy Nordström Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

What if my jewelry needs repair?

We will repair jewelry within 6 months of purchase as long as it is deemed normal wear and tear by our team.

After 6 months, a charge will apply for repair. Please contact us with your inquiry and we will tell you how to proceed.
