ORDERING AND SHIPPING
How long will my jewelry take to ship?
All jewelry is lovingly made to order. Most items will ship within 14 business days
or sooner of when order is placed. If there may be a delay we will contact you immediately.
How is my order shipped?
All jewelry is shipped FED EX and purchases over $300 are also insured. If you prefer another carrier or would like expedited shipping, please contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to almost every country.
Do you gift wrap?
Your item(s) will arrive individually packaged in custom Amy Nordstrom logo boxes tied with a gold bow, ready for gift giving. If you would like a note included with a short personal message, please contact us after you order with your request.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We do work with wholesale accounts. Please contact us with Wholesale Inquiry in the subject line. Or call us direct at 415-332-1462.
How do I care for my jewelry?
We recommend gently washing your pieces with unscented, clear dish soap and a soft toothbrush as desired. This is all you should need to brighten up silver and make diamonds sparkle. We strongly advise against polishing cloths and dips as they deposit residue onto the metal. Never use any type of chemical on oxidized silver or a matte surface as it can change the unique finish.
REPAIRS AND EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because all items are handcrafted to order, we cannot accept returns. We want our customers to be happy, so we do offer exchanges of equal or greater value. The item in question must be received back to Amy Nordstrom within 10 days in original packaging and condition. If you would like to return an item, you MUST send an email with “exchange” in the subject line. We will reply promptly with instructions. Exchanges will not be processed without contacting us first. Customer is responsible for safe return shipping as well as shipping of new items.
What if my jewelry needs repair?
We will repair all jewelry within 6 months of purchase as long as it is deemed normal wear and tear by our team. After 6 months, a charge will apply for repair. Please contact us with your inquiry and we will tell you how to proceed.
What if I want to alter an existing piece?
If you are interested in customizing an existing item in a different metal, different size, a different chain length, shape or type of stone, or different size, please contact us for a quote.
What if I’d like to design a piece from scratch?
Our custom design policy is as follows:
$250 consultation fee non-refundable, includes sketches and two edits, non-taxed. Fee will apply towards project. This may be an email or in person (for local customers) process. 50% due before work starts. Balance due upon receipt of finished piece. Please note that this applies to local customers only. If we are shipping your item, balance is due in full before it is sent. Custom work can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks depending on complexity of the design.
